نوٹ:-
- امیدواران کا انگلش اور اردو ٹائپنگ ٹیسٹ لیا جائے گا۔اسی دن صرف پاس ہونے والے امیدواران کا کمپیوٹر بیسڈ ٹیسٹ (CBT ) لیا جائے گا۔اور جو امیدواران ٹیسٹ میں پاس ہونگےان کو 1:3کے تناسب سے انٹرویو کے لیے بلایا جائے گا۔
- امیدواران ٹائپنگ ٹیسٹ کی تیاری کے لیے www.fast-typing.com ڈاؤن لوڈ کر کے اپنی پریکٹس کر کے اپنی سپیڈ (Typing Speed)چیک کرسکتے ہیں۔کیونکہ انگلش اور اردو ٹائپنگ ٹیسٹ پاس کرنا ضروری ہے۔
- وہ امیدواران جو فیملی کلیم کی بنیاد پر اضافی (3) نمبر لینا چاہتے ہیں وہ اپنے کلیم سے متعلقہ تمام کاغذات جیسا کہ پنشن بک، ریٹائرمنٹ آرڈر کی کاپی اور متعلقہ ضلع /یونٹ کے سربراہ سےحاصل کردہ سرٹیفیکیٹ اپنی درخواست کے ساتھ اپ لوڈ کریں گے۔
- تمام امیدواران کو بیان حلفی (اسٹامپ پیپر) بھی اپ لوڈ کرنا ہوگا،کہ وہ کسی قسم کی ایف آئی آر یاکسی مقدمہ میں نامزد/ملوث/مطلوب نہ ہیں ۔غلط بیان حلفی جمع کروانے کی صورت میں امیدوار کو پولیس میں بھرتی کے لیے نا اہل قرار دیا جائے گا اور اس کے خلاف قانونی کاروائی عمل میں لائی جائے گی۔
- اگر کسی بھی مرحلہ پر امیدوار کی تعلیمی اسناد،ڈومیسائل،قومی شناختی کارڈ،میڈیکل سڑٹیفکیٹ کی پڑتال کےدوران یہ کاغذات جعلی یا غیر تصدیق شدہ پائے گئے تو امیدوار کی بھرتی منسوخ کر دی جائے گی، اور اس کے خلاف قانونی کاروائی عمل میں لائی جائے گی۔
- امیدوار کو بھرتی کے مختلف مراحل میں کیے جانے والے کسی قسم کے اخراجات کی ادائیگی نہ کی جائے گی۔
- حتمی انتخاب کے وقت امیدواران کا صوبائی مجاز ہسپتال سے طبعی معائنہ کروایا جائے گا۔جس میں ناکامی کی صورت میں امیدوار کو نا اہل قرار دیا جائے گا۔
- محکمہ کو اختیار ہو گا کہ وہ اس اشتہار کو جزوی طور پر تبدیل یا منسوخ کرے۔
