Extensive facilities for the manufacture of explosives, hunting ammunition and brass, copper and aluminium rings, extrusion, and parts for non-military applications.

Established in December 1951 by the Government of Pakistan with the initial support of the British Royal Ordnance Factory, POF engineers have developed and manufactured a wide range of different types of infantry and special-purpose weapons, explosives, ammunition, and mortars. Currently, Pakistan Ordnance Factories Board is looking to hire enthusiastic, energetic, motivated, creative, talented individuals for POF Hospital on a contract basis for one year (extendable based on satisfactory performance).
